摘要
高原动集动车组拖车火灾报警系统在研制过程中,为降低火灾误报率、提高系统的稳定性及可靠性,在既有CR200J(鼓形)动车组方案的基础上做了很多方案改进和技术创新。首先,使用了双光源火灾探测器替代之前的单光源火灾探测器,利用不同粒径悬浮颗粒对不同波长的红外光和蓝光光束产生漫射信号强度的差异,可从探测原理上对干扰物质及火灾烟雾颗粒粒径进行区分,降低火灾误报率;其次,探测器与控制器之间的信息交换,采用CAN总线令牌环的通信架构,代替之前的开关量工作方式,能够实时获取相关环境参数;最后,双光源火灾探测器具有一定的环境自适应特性,能够对缓慢变化的灰尘积累进行漂移补偿,减少误报。本文主要对双光源火灾探测器的原理及火灾报警系统的设计方案进行了分析说明。
During the R&D of the fire alarm system for trailer cars of the centralized power EMU running on highland,to reduce the false fire alarm rate and improve the stability and reliability of the system,many improvements and technological innovations were realized on the basis of the existing solution of CR200J(drum-type)EMU.Firstly,the double-light-source fire detector is used to replace the former single-light-source fire detector,using suspended particles of different sizes to produce different intensities of diffusion signals for infrared light beam and blue light beam and distinguishing the grain sizes of interfering substances from those of fire smoke particles according to the principle of detection,so as to reduce the false fire alarm rate;secondly,the information exchange between the detector and the controller is based on the communication structure of the CAN bus token ring which has replaced the former switch value mode,and the relevant environmental parameters can be obtained in real time;finally,the double-light-source fire detector has a certain environmental adaptability,capable of drift compensation to the accumulation of dusts changing slowly so as to reduce the false alarm rate.This article mainly analyzes and describes the principle of the double-light-source fire detector and the design solution of the fire alarm system.
