轨道交通车辆以太网多网融合研究与应用

摘要 随着信息技术的发展,人工智能、大数据、云计算、物联网等先进技术与轨道交通装备不断深度融合,轨道交通车辆体现了智能化与信息化的业务需求。列车通信网络(TCN)在承载控制数据之外,需要产生、整合、传输、处理更多源、更大量、更多维的运行及运维数据,实现多业务数据的融合传输。在新的业务需求迅速扩展的情况下,需要保证多种类型数据的实时性、安全性、可靠性,提升网络资源的利用率。本文从应用的角度介绍了TCN总线各自的特点,分析了多网融合的传输需求、传输风险,设计了具备网络风险管控能力的以太网融合拓扑架构,并完成在不同网络负载下的列车通信质量进行时延、抖动等性能测试,验证拓扑架构的有效性。 With the development of information technology,some advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and Internet of Things are deeply integrated with the rail transport equipment,and the rail vehicles reflect the operational requirements for intelligence and information.Besides the function of control data carrier,the Train Communication Network(TCN)needs to generate,integrate,transmit and process greater amount of operation and maintenance data from more sources in more dimensions to realize the integrated transmission of multiple business data.In the circumstance of quick expansion of new operational requirements,it’s necessary to ensure the timeliness,the safety and the reliability of multiple types of data and increase the use ratio of the network resources.This article describes from the angle of application the characteristics of TCN buses,analyzes the transmission demands and risks in the multi-network integration condition,designs an Ethernet integration topological structure that is able to manage and control the network risks and realizes the tests of time delay,jitter and other performances related to the train communication quality under different network loads in order to verify the effectiveness of the topological structure.
