党的二十大报告明确指出,高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。进入新时代,我国经济已经从高速增长转向高质量发展,知识产权检察工作也面临着新的转型挑战。知识产权检察综合履职应当立足服务知识产权强国建设大局,重塑知识产权检察理念与格局,聚焦“高质量发展”这个关键,紧紧围绕知识产权创造、运用、保护、管理和服务全链条,充分发挥检察职能作用。以推进知识产权高质量创造为驱动,以促进知识产权高效益运用为导向,以强化知识产权高水平保护为支撑,以加强知识产权高品质服务管理为标准,系统推进知识产权检察综合履职,为经济社会高质量发展提供有力的司法保障。

The report of the 20^(th)CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that high-quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a modem socialist country.In the new era,China's economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development,and intellectual property prosecution("IPR prosecution")is also facing new challenges of transformation.IPR prosecution should be based on serving the overall interests of building a strong IPR country,reshaping the concept and pattern of IPR prosecution,focusing on the key of"high-quality development",closely centering on the whole chain of IPR creation,application,protection,management and service,giving full play to the role of prosecution function,and promoting high-quality creation of IPR as the driving force.Following the guidance of promoting the efficient use of intellectual property,strengthening the high level of protection of intellectual property,and enhancing the high-quality service management of intellectual property,we should systematically promote the comprehensive performance of intellectual property prosecution and provide strong judicial guarantee for the high-quality development of economy and society.
