现代社会特征与中医学现代化的挑战

Characteristics of Modern Society and Challenges of Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医学在现代社会的发展面临着来自理性主义与科学思维的挑战,这一挑战实质上是由三个不同维度的问题所组成:即如何正确地认识与理解传统中医学知识?如何回应科学思维与西医学对中医学造成的冲击?以及如何在当下的时代环境中实现符合“中医自身发展规律”的理论与实践创新?对这三个问题的回答,其本质上就是在回答中医学在现代如何发展的问题,亦即所谓“中医学现代化”问题。对于中医现代化问题的解决,主要可以有4条路径可供选择,即传承中医文化内涵、融合现代科学技术、提升中医实践能力和传播中医文化理念。

The development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in modern society is facing the challenge from rationalism and scientific thinking.This challenge is essentially composed of three different dimensions:How to understand the Basic knowledge of TCM comprehensively?How to respond to the impact of scientific thinking and Western Medicine?And how to realize the theoretical and practical innovation in line with the"self-development law of TCM"in the this era?The answer of these three questions is essentially to answer the question of how TCM develops in modern times,that is,the so-called"modernization of TCM".There are mainly four ways to solve the problem of modernization of TCM,namely,to inherit the cultural connotation of TCM,to integrate modern science and technology,to improve the practical ability of TCM and to spread the cultural concept of TCM worldwide.
