《女科证治准绳》辨治妇人癥瘕用药规律探析

Analysis of Medication Rules in Differentiation and Treatment of Women's Zheng Jia in Nv Ke Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng

目的 运用数据挖掘技术探究《女科证治准绳》中妇人癥瘕治疗的用药规律,为临床治疗提供参考与借鉴。方法 运用Excel软件对《女科证治准绳》中妇人癥瘕方剂进行高频中药、用药分类及性味归经等频数统计;运用SPSS modeler 18.0软件进行关联规则分析;运用SPSS statistics 21.0软件对妇人癥瘕高频中药进行系统聚类分析。结果 共纳入55首方剂,涉及中药109味,累计频次382次。以大黄、肉桂、当归、三棱、桃仁、木香、莪术、干姜等32味药为高频中药;其药性多温,药味多辛,归经以脾经、肝经为主;其中活血化瘀药使用频次最高,其次为补虚药和温里药;通过关联规则分析得到肉桂与当归、肉桂与大黄、三棱与莪术等36对核心药组;高频药物聚类分析可分为5类药组。结论 《女科证治准绳》治疗妇人癥瘕用药以辛温之品为主,反映了其治疗原则攻补兼施,主要体现为调气血、化积冷和重补虚。

Objective To explore the medication rules in the treatment of women's Zheng Jia in the Nv Ke Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng by using data mining technology and thus to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods Excel was used to count the frequency of high-frequency medicals,drug classification and meridian tropism of prescriptions for women's Zheng Jia in the Nv Ke Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng;SPSS modeler 18.0 was used for the association rules analysis and SPSS statistics 21.0 was used for cluster analysis of selected high-frequency medicals of prescriptions for women's Zheng Jia in the Nv Ke Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng.Results A total of 55 prescriptions were included,involving 109 herbs,with 382 times of using frequency.32 traditional Chinese medicines such as rhubarb,cinnamon bark,Chinese angelica,rhizoma sparganii,peach seed,radix aucklandiae,zedoray rhizome,and dried ginger are used as high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine.The nature of the medicine is warm,the taste is pungent,and the drug meridians are mainly spleen meridian of foot taiyin and liver channel of foot jueyin.Among them,the frequency of use of blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs is the highest,and the second is tonifying drugs and interior-warming drugs.Through association rule analysis,36 pairs of drug groups including cinnamon bark and Chinese angelica,cinnamon bark and rhubarb,rhizoma sparganii and zedoray rhizome were obtained.High frequency drug cluster analysis can be divided into five drug groups.Conclusion The medication for the treatment of women's Zheng Jia in the Nv Ke Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng is mainly based on pungent and warm drugs,reflecting its treatment principle of reinforcing healthy Qi and removing pathogenic factors simultaneously,which is mainly reflected on regulating Qi and blood,removing accumulated Yin pathogen and paying attention to fill deficiency.
