摘要
铝合金熔铸过程中带入铸锭的夹杂物可能导致生产不同用途的板带材出现不同种类的成品缺陷。借助扫描电镜,对市场用量大、质量要求高的罐体、CTP版基用铝板带成品缺陷进行研究,建立不同成品缺陷与熔铸夹杂物的对应关系,辅以Prefil-Footprint测渣仪探究缺陷产生的根源,因地制宜地制定加强炉膛清洁、优化过滤、优化晶粒细化剂添加等措施,有效地减少熔铸夹杂物缺陷的产生,避免其对板带材成品质量造成影响。
The slag inclusion in the casting process of aluminum alloy ingot may lead to different kinds of defects on the plates and strips for different applications.The finished defects of aluminum plate and strip used for can body and CTP stock with large market consumption and high quality requirements were studied by means of SEM.And the corresponding relationship between the finished defects and the melting and casting slag was established.Then the root cause of slag inclusion was explored with the help of Prefil-Footprint slag measuring instrument.The measures such as strengthening furnace cleaning,optimizing filtration,and optimizing the addition of grain refiners were formulated according to local conditions.This can effectively reduce the possibility of slag inclusion defects in melting and casting and avoid their impact on the quality of finished plate and strip products.
