案例式立体教学在耳鼻咽喉科留学生见习教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的研究并总结案例式立体教学在耳鼻咽喉科留学生临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取重庆医科大学2014级和2015 级临床医学专业来华留学生共190名为研究对象, 分为对照组和试验组。对照组(92名)采用传统案例教学, 试验组(98名)采用案例式立体教学。学期结束后评估教学效果, 分别采取综合考核、问卷调查的评估方法。用SPSS 21.0进行t 检验和Fisher确切概率法。结果试验组学生的考核成绩[(81.68±4.45)分]优于对照组[(77.80±5.10)分], 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果表明, 试验组学生的满意度高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例式立体教学在提高留学生的学习兴趣及学习成绩方面具有优势。 Objective To study and summarize the effectiveness of the case-based three-dimensional teaching method in clinical probation teaching of otolaryngology for international students.Methods We divided a total of 190 international medical students in grades 2014 and 2015 from Chongqing Medical University in 2014 and 2015 into control group(92 students)and experimental group(98 students).The control group used the traditional case-based teaching method,while the experimental group used the case-based three-dimensional teaching method.After the semester was over,teaching effectiveness was evaluated through comprehensive examination and a questionnaire survey.SPSS 21.0 was used to perform the t-test and Fisher's exact test.Results The examination score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(81.68±4.45)vs.(77.80±5.10),P<0.05].The experimental group had a significantly higher degree of satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based three-dimensional teaching method has advantages in improving the learning interest and academic performance of international students.
