基质槽不同高度对设施草莓生长和果实品质的影响

Effects of Different Height of Substrate Tank on Strawberries Growth and Fruit Quality

摘要 为了明确设施草莓基质栽培基质槽高度不同对草莓的植株生长情况和果实品质的影响,于2023年2月到2023年4月之间在日光温室中分别设置了0 m(T_(1)),0.5 m(T_(2)),1 m(T_(3))三组不同高度处理。测定基质槽不同高度草莓植株生物学性状、果实品质、光合特性、叶绿素含量等指标,探究不同高度对草莓生长和果实品质的影响。结果表明:随着基质槽高度增加,光照强度、温度、叶片净光合速率增加。T_(3)处理草莓果实的可溶性固形物含量、平均果重、最大单果重均显著高于T_(1)和T_(2)处理。T_(1)处理的叶绿素含量、株高、叶片横纵径比较第一天增长了51%、20%、0.9%,处理出现了旺长现象。结论为:增加基质槽高度,促进草莓植株完成从营养生长向生理生长的转变,基质槽最佳高度为1 m。 In order to determine the effects of different heights of substrate tanks on the growth and fruit quality of strawberry plants in strawberry substrate cultivation,three different heights of strawberry plants,namely 0m(T_(1)),0.5m(T_(2))and 1m(T_(3)),were set up between February 2023 and April 2023 in solar greenhouses.The biological traits,fruit quality,photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll content and other indicators of strawberry plants at different heights of the substrate tank were measured to investigate the effects of different heights on the growth and fruit quality of strawberry.The results showed that the light intensity,temperature and net photosynthetic rate of leaves increased with the increase of the height of the substrate tank,and the soluble solids content,average fruit weight and maximum single fruit weight of strawberry fruits in the T_(3)treatment were significantly higher than those in the T_(1)and T_(2)treatments,and the chlorophyll content,plant height and transverse and longitudinal diameters of leaves in the T_(1)treatment increased by 51%,20%and 0.9%compared with those of the first day,and the treatment showed the phenomenon of exuberant growth.It was concluded that increasing the height of the substrate trough can promote strawberry plants to complete the transition from nutrient growth to physiological growth,and the optimal height of the substrate trough is 1 m.
