职业教育数字化转型——深圳职业技术大学的探索与实践 被引量:8

摘要 推进数字化转型是实现职业教育高质量发展、助力教育强国建设的重要改革行动。深圳职业技术大学从专业布局、运行秩序、基座建设等方面整体推进数字化转型;通过强化管理层、教师、学生的数字赋能,强调“人”在数字化转型中的首要作用;从教学理念及模式、课程及资源、教学方法及手段、教学管理及评价等方面突出教学数字化转型的中心地位;开展数字技术研发、数字技术应用研发、数字化社会服务,推进研发服务与数字化转型的双向助力;通过搭建平台、推进职业教育“走出去”、打造数字化实践教学品牌,将国际交流合作作为职业教育数字化转型的重要外延。职业教育数字化转型是从教育赋能到教育重构的“渐进式转型”、从关注技术到关注思想的“创造性转型”、从关注设计到关注体验的“人本化转型”、从技术应用到技术研发的“参与式转型”,也是从关注一隅到惠及全局的“协同式转型”。数字化转型是在数字经济时代实现职业教育数字治理、深化教育教学改革、推进职业教育现代化的基础性工程,对于提升教育教学质量和促进经济社会发展具有重要意义。 Promoting digital transformation is an important reform to achieve high-quality development of vocational education,which also help the construction of a powerful education country.Shenzhen Polytechnic University promotes digital transformation from the aspects of professional layout,operational order and base construction.Emphasizing the primary role of“people”in digital transformation by strengthening the digital empowerment of management,teachers,and students;highlight the central position of teaching digital transformation from the aspects of teaching concept and mode,curriculum and resources,teaching methods and means,teaching management and evaluation.Carry out digital technology research and development,digital technology application research and development,digital social services,and promote the two-way support of research and development services and digital transformation;building related platform and promoting the“going out”of vocational education,creating brand of digital practical teaching,and develop international exchanges and cooperation as an important extension of the digital transformation of vocational education.The digital transformation of vocational education is a“progressive transformation”from education empowerment to education reconstruction,a“creative transformation”from technology to thought,a“humanistic transformation”from design to experience,a“participatory transformation”from technology application to technology research,also a“collaborative transformation”from one corner to whole benefit.Digital transformation is a basic project to realize the digital governance of vocational education,deepen the reform of education and teaching,and promote the modernization of vocational education in the era of digital economy,which has great significance to improve the quality of education and promote the development of economy and society.
