项目实践学习过程的渐进达成机制探索

Exploration of the Progressive Achievement Mechanism of Learning Outcomes in Learning Process for Project Practice

摘要 本文从项目需求设计、学习环节设计、形成性量规设计、量化与质性评价方法等角度对项目实践学习过程的形成性评测进行了分析。文中提出知识链与能力链融合驱动的方法进行项目需求设计,利用自底向上的融合与支撑设计方法进行学习环节设计,兼顾知识逐步巩固与能力逐层提升。文中提出引导性、精细化、可量化的量规设计方法,建立增量和存量交替形成的渐进达成实施路径。运行与控制二级项目实践表明,本文提出的形成性评价机制深入学习过程进行观察和评估,能够及时发现问题并做出改进,对学习达成有较好的保障作用。 This paper analyzes the formative evaluation of the project practice learning process from the perspectives of project requirements design,learning link design,formative rubric design,quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods,etc.The paper proposes a method driven by the integration of knowledge chain and capability chain to design project requirements,and uses bottom-up integration and support design methods to design learning links,as well as the gradual consolidation of knowledge and the gradual improvement of capabilities.In this paper,a guiding,refined,and quantifiable gauge design method is proposed,and a gradual implementation path formed by alternating increments and stocks is established.The practice of the second-level project of operation and control shows that the formative evaluation mechanism proposed in this paper conducts in-depth observation and evaluation of the learning process can find problems in time and make improvements,which has a good guarantee for the achievement of learning.
