“数字经济”背景下计算机类研究生创新能力培养体系 被引量:2

On Cultivating Innovative Ability in Computer Science Graduate Students in“Digital Economy”

摘要 数字经济背景下,国家数字战略对创新型计算机类研究生培养提出了重要挑战:数字化计算机类研究生的培养目标并未明确,课程体系与目标不符,复合型人才培养缺乏经验,政产教合作缺乏有效机制,导致研究生知识结构优化、实践能力和培养质量方面存在不足。为此,本文定义了培养体系的内涵和关键要素,构建了培养目标、课程体系、培养模式及政产教合作平台为核心的“四要素”创新型计算机类研究生培养体系,探讨了要素间相互关联与影响,为优化数字经济计算机类研究生培养提供了理论依据。以数字矿业研究生培养体系为例,具体介绍四要素方面内容为提升高层次数字化复合型计算类研究生培养质量提供参考。 Within the context of the digital economy,national digital strategies present significant challenges to the training of innovative computer science graduate students.These challenges include undefined training objectives for digitally-focused computer science graduate students,a curriculum misaligned with these objectives,a lack of experience in nurturing interdisciplinary talents,and the absence of effective mechanisms for government-industry-academia collaboration.These issues collectively lead to deficiencies in optimizing knowledge structure,practical skills,and overall training quality for graduate students.This paper defines the essence and key components of a training system.It constructs an innovative“four-element”framework for nurturing computer science graduate students,centered around cultivation objectives,curriculum,training methodologies,and government-industry-academia collaboration platforms.The interconnections and impacts among these elements are explored,providing a theoretical foundation for enhancing the education of computer science graduate students in the digital economy.Additionally,using the digital mining graduate student training system as an example,specific details of the four elements are presented,offering guidance to enhance the quality of education for highly skilled and digitally-proficient computer science graduate students.
