摘要
结合山地物理空间上的复杂性,提出基于多元诉求的动态平衡的设计方法研究。分析了城市管理主体、区域建设主体、项目开发主体及使用者的诉求,进行多维价值导向的梳理总结。以龙岩紫金山体育公园南区的规划与建设为例,从规划及建筑设计的视角深入探讨了山地项目的设计方法,在有限的土地中取得符合上位要求的用地,控制挖填方、边坡挡墙的数量,保证安全性,降低工程难度,提高工程效率和经济性;利用地形的特殊条件创造了丰富的空间层次与独特的空间体验。
Combined with the complexity of physical space in mountain projects,this paper puts forward the research on the design method of dynamic balance,analyzes the stances of urban management subjects,regional construction subjects,project development subjects and users,and summarizes the multi-dimensional value orientation.Taking the planning and construction of the southern area of Zijinshan Sports Park in Longyan as an example,the design method of mountain project is discussed deeply from the perspective of planning and architectural design.The limited land is obtained to meet the upper requirements,the number of excavation and filling and slope retaining walls is controlled,the safety is ensured,the difficulty of the project is reduced,and the efficiency and economy ofthe project are improved.The special conditions of the terrain are used to create rich spatial levels and unique spatial experience.
