主要介绍了一种排气消声器的声学设计流程,包括周边件布置、挂钩布置、消声包布置等;重点讲述了排气消声器壳体容积计算、排气管管径计算以及消声器声学内组件结构设计、主动电子阀设计、声学GT分析、NVH尾管噪声测试等开发过程。
This paper mainly introduces an acoustic design process of the exhaust muffler,including the layout of peripheral parts,hook,muffler package,etc.It focuses on the volume calculation of the shell of the exhaust muffler,exhaust tips the development process of tube diameter calculation and muffler acoustic internal component structure design,active electronic valve design,acoustic GT analysis,NVH tail noisetest,etc.
