针对我国建筑EPC项目存在的问题,研究从建筑业着手,以BIM技术与协同理念为基础,研究BIM技术在设计方案阶段、施工阶段以及运营阶段的应用,以实现降本增效、提升全程管理水平等实际效果。

In view of the problems existing in construction EPC projects in China,the research starts from the construction industry and studies the application of BIM technology in design,scheme stage,construction stage and operation stage based on the concept of BIM technology and collaboration,so as to achieve practical effects such as cost reduction and efficiency improvement and whole-process management level improvement.
