Analysis on the Importance and Implementation Ways of Construction Project Management

针对建筑工程管理问题展开研究,从建筑工程管理的重要性入手,提出建筑工程管理的实施途径和优化策略,以解决实际管理过程中成本、进度控制不合理等问题,实现建筑工程质量、进度、成本及安全的有效管理。研究结果表明:科学有效的建筑工程管理措施不仅可提高建筑工程质量,强化成本控制,还能保障建筑工程安全,确保按期完工。

Starting with the importance of construction project management,this paper puts forward the implementation approach and optimization strategy of construction project management,so as to solve the unreasonable cost and schedule control problems in the actual management process,and realize the effective management of construction project quality,schedule,cost and safety.The results show that scientific and effective construction management measures can not only improve the quality of construction projects,strengthen cost control,but also ensure the safety of construction projects and ensure the completion on schedule.
