装配式建筑施工质量控制研究

Study on the Construction Quality Control of Prefabricated Building

以某城中村回迁项目为研究背景,从装配式建筑预制构件深化设计、预制构件开裂以及预制构件连接三方面总结了装配式建筑施工中常见的质量问题,并分析了质量问题的成因。在确定质量问题影响因素的基础上,提出了装配式建筑施工质量控制措施。

Based on the relocation project of a village in a city,this paper summarizes the common quality problems in the construction of prefabricated buildings from three aspects:deepening design of prefabricated building components,cracking of prefabricated building components and connection of prefabricated building components,and analyzes the causes ofquality problems.On the basis of determining the influencing factors ofquality problems,thequalitycontrol measures of prefabricated buildingconstruction are putforward.
