摘要
以茶晶石为基体,掺入适量的氧化铁作为着色剂,采用球磨法混匀、固相法烧结制备出了红色茶晶石陶瓷。研究了烧结温度和氧化铁的掺入量对陶瓷样品力学性能和光学性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,陶瓷的力学性能逐渐下降;相同温度下,随着氧化铁掺入量的增加,陶瓷的力学性能先升高后下降,颜色逐渐加深;在1000℃,Fe_(2)O_(3)掺入量为2.5wt%时,制得的陶瓷样品呈色最佳,其色度值为:L*=42.08、a*=25.03、b*=20.65。
The red tea spar ceramics were prepared by ball milling and solid phase sintering using tea spar as matrix and adding proper amount of ferric oxide as colorant.The effects of sintering temperature and ferric oxide content on mechanical and optical properties of ceramic samples were studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of ceramics decrease with the increase of sintering temperature.At the same temperature,with the increase of ferric oxide content,the mechanical properties of the ceramics first increased and then decreased,and the color gradually deepened.At 1000℃,Fe_(2)O_(3) content is 2.5 wt%,the ceramic sample is the best color.Its chroma value is:L*=42.08,a*=25.03,b*=20.65.
