新时期应用型高校农林经济管理专业实践教学改革研究--以潍坊科技学院为例

Practical Teaching Reform of Agricultural and Forestry Economic Management Major in Applied Universities in the New Era:Taking Weifang University of Science and Technology as an Example

新时期,全面实施乡村振兴战略需要涉农人才的支撑。这是时代交给应用型高校人才培养的新命题。面临当下高校人才培养与涉农人才需求不匹配的难题,潍坊科技学院应积极依托学校“大农科”办学优势、“寿光模式”地域特色以及“产学研”办学特色,紧密结合乡村振兴对人才的需求,重构实践教学模式。结合案例院校的办学资源优势,本文提出了农林经济管理专业实践教学体系改革与创新方案,包括人才培养目标定位、“双基双能”实践能力体系构建、“三层三阶”实践课程体系构建、“政产学研用”五方协同育人实践平台搭建等改革措施,以期为应用型高校的实践教学改革提供参考。

In the new era,the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy requires the sup-port of agricultural talents.This is a new proposition entrusted by the times to the cultivation of talents in applied univer-sities.Facing with the problem of mismatch between talent cultivation in universities and the demand for agricultural talents,Weifang University of Science and Technology should actively rely on the advantages of the school's"big agri-cultural science"education,the regional characteristics of the"Shouguang model"and the characteristics of"industry,university and research institute",closely combine with the demand for talents in rural revitalization,and reconstruct the practical teaching mode.Based on the advantages of case colleges in terms of educational resources,this paper pro-posed a reform and innovation plan for the practical teaching system of agricultural and forestry economic management,including the positioning of talent cultivation goals,the construction of the"dual foundation and dual ability"practical ability system,the construction of the"three layers and three levels"practical course system,and the construction of the"government department,industry,university,research institute and user"five party collaborative education practice platform,etc.,so as to provide references for the practical teaching reform of applied universities.
