摘要
脑卒中后运动功能障碍一直是神经康复中的热点和难点。近年来,等速技术在脑卒中患者肌力、肌张力评定以及肌力训练中的研究也逐渐增多。本文回顾国内外文献,对等速技术在脑卒中康复中的应用进展进行总结。
Post-stroke motor dysfunction has always been a hot and difficult topic in neurological rehabilitation.In recent years,research on isokinetic techniques in assessing muscle strength,muscle tone,and muscle strength training in stroke patients has gradually increased.This article reviews domestic and foreign literature and summarizes the progress of isokinetic technology in stroke rehabilitation.
