摘要
分析了当前水泥工程模块化项目管理平台的弊端及产生原因,创新提出了一种以项目管理数据为基础,以项目实施策划为主导,以时间为管理轴线,以各子项工程为空间定位,以业务活动管理为核心,以进度、质量、成本管理为绩效考核重点的智慧型工程项目管理平台,通过构建“数据库、项目实施策划、业务管理、绩效管理、职能管理”五大功能模块,实现了对各项工作的智能化引导与项目管理过程数据的互联、互通,提高了项目管理的智能化水平。
This paper analyzes the drawbacks and causes of the current modular project management platform for cement engineering,and innovatively proposes a smart engineering project management platform.The platform is based on project management data,led by project implementation planning,with time as the management axis,each sub project as the spatial positioning,business activity management as the core,and progress,quality,and cost management as the focus of performance evaluation.By constructing five modules of"database,project implementation planning,business management,performance management,and functional management",the platform has achieved intelligent guidance for various tasks and achieved interconnectivity of project management process data,improved the intelligence level of project management.
