不同种类生物质灰对混凝土力学性能影响研究

摘要 采用燃烧煤粉后收集到的粉煤灰掺入混凝土,可取代部分水泥并改善混凝土的性能。本文在粉煤灰中添加生物质灰研究其对制备混凝土力学性能影响。对比研究了秸秆燃烧灰掺杂粉煤灰、木材燃烧灰掺杂粉煤灰和单独木材灰部分替代水泥制备混凝土的力学性能差异。结果表明,用生物质灰替代25wt%的水泥,秸秆燃烧灰掺杂粉煤灰与木材燃烧灰掺杂粉煤灰的混凝土抗压强度(1~56d)和抗弯强度(第56天固化)与空白对照组单纯使用粉煤灰制备的混凝土具有近似的力学性能,这为生物质的高效利用找到了合理出口,也为非常规原料用于混凝土制备提供了理论支撑。 Fly ash collected after burning coal can replace part of cement and improve the performance of concrete.In this paper,the effect of adding biomass ash to fly ash on the mechanical properties of concrete was studied.The difference of mechanical properties of the concrete made of straw-burning ash mixed with fly ash,wood-burning ash mixed with fly ash and wood-burning ash only partially replacing cement was studied.Results show that using biomass ash to replace 25 wt%cement,the compressive strength(from 1 day to 56 days)and flexural strength(from 56 days to curing)of the concrete made of straw-burning ash-doped fly ash and wood-burning ash-doped fly ash had similar mechanical properties to that of the concrete made with fly ash alone in the blank control group.This provides a reasonable method for the efficient utilization of biomass and a theoretical support for the use of unconventional raw materials in the preparation of concrete.
