乒乓球竞赛规则改革对我国直拍打法影响研究

Research on the Impact of Competition Rule Reform on the Pen-holding Style of Table Tennis in China

乒乓球直拍打法是我国的传统打法。自2000年以来,国际乒联对乒乓球技术、器材、赛制等方面进行了一系列改革,这在一定程度上导致我国直拍打法运动员在国际赛场上逐渐被边缘化。为了重新引领乒坛,直拍打法必须在新规则的基础上寻求创新并不断突破。本文运用文献资料法对国际乒联新规则的渊源进行解读,归纳新规则对直拍打法的具体影响。其中包括:速度、力量、旋转下降;“前三板”优势不明显、发球隐蔽性降低等,从而进一步缩小了与其他国家的水平差距。研究结论:未来我国乒乓球直拍打法需优化科学技术个性化应用、推动直拍打法技战术创新、加强直拍运动员身体素质、丰富直拍打法应用场景,从而促使我国乒乓球直拍打法运动员能够在当前乒坛激烈竞争中脱颖而出。

Table tennis's pen-holding technique is a traditional form of playing in China.Since 2000,the International Table Tennis Federation has carried out a series of reforms in table tennis techniques,equipment,competition systems and other aspects.These reforms have to some extent led to the marginalization of Chinese pen-holding athletes in international competitions.In order to promote the table tennis industry again,the pen-holding technique must seek innovation and continuous breakthroughs based on new rules.This article uses the method of literature review to interpret the origin of the new rules of the International Table Tennis Federation,and summarizes the specific impact of the new rules on the pen-holding playing method,including:speed,strength,and rotational decline;The lack of obvious advantages in the“first three boards”and the reduced concealment of serve have further narrowed the level gap with other countries.It is believed that in the future,China's table tennis players with the pen-holding style should optimize the personalized application of science and technology,promote innovation in the techniques and tactics,strengthen the physical quality of the athletes,and enrich the application scenarios of the pen-holding,in order to enable them to stand out in the current fierce competition in the table tennis industry.
