日本女子左手持拍乒乓球运动员早田希娜技战术分析

Technical and Tactical Analysis of Japanese Left-handed Female Table Tennis Player Hina Hayata

本文采用文献资料、录像观察、三段指标评估、数理统计等研究方法,选取日本女子左手持拍乒乓球选手早田希娜在2022年WTT布达佩斯站冠军赛中的3场比赛,分析其发抢段、接抢段以及相持段技战术的运用特点,为今后国乒队员与之交锋提供理论借鉴。研究结果显示:(1)早田希娜打法风格偏向凶悍,以勾手发球为主,多发全台半出台球和反手长球接正手进攻;(2)接发球主要采用摆短劈长等控制性技术,第四板上旋衔接能力还有待提高,反手技术得分率高于正手;(3)在相持段中以落点变化为主,正反手攻防转换能力是其劣势。总体而言,早田希娜发球和接发球技术质量较高,变化较丰富,抢攻积极,但击球稳定性和细腻程度还有待加强,且防守能力较薄弱。因此,建议:国乒选手与早田希娜交锋时可从其中间及正手位突破,加强节奏变化,限制其反手技术的发挥。

By using the methods of literature review,video observation,three-stage index evaluation and mathematical statistics,this study selects the three matches of Japanese left-handed female table tennis player Hina Hayata in the 2022 WTT Budapest Championships and analyzes the characteristics of her application of techniques and tactics in the first,second and third stages,so as to provide theoretical reference for future national table tennis players to compete with her.The results show that Hina Hayata's style of play tends to be aggressive,focusing on hook serve,and attacking forehand with full half of the table and backhand long ball.The main control techniques such as swing short and split long are used to receive the serve.The ability to connect the top spin of the fourth board needs to be improved.The score rate of the backhand technique is higher than that of the forehand.In the phase of stalemate,the change of landing point is the main factor,and the ability of fore-and-backhand attack and defense conversion is its disadvantage.In general,Hayata Hina's serve and receive technology is of high quality,rich in changes,and active in attacking,but the stability and delicacy of hitting the ball need to be strengthened,and the defensive ability is weak.Therefore,it is suggested that the national table tennis players can break through the middle and forehand positions,strengthen the change of rhythm and limit the play of their backhand skills when they compete with Hina Hayata.
