摘要
以健康长寿为视角,采用相关性统计分析等方法,研究20~69岁人群身体素质衰减特征。研究结果:(1)身体素质促进健康长寿;(2)成年全期平缓衰减、老年初期加快衰减;(3)不同身体素质衰减幅度不同,男性身体素质衰减幅度及排序为:柔韧素质83.7%>平衡素质74.8%>速度素质59.1%>力量素质22.7%;女性为:平衡素质77.8%>速度素质60.4%>柔韧素质40.7%>力量素质16.3%;(4)全周期(20-69岁)身体素质衰减时序为:相对衰减期(20-24岁)、柔韧素质衰减期(25-34岁)、力量素质衰减期(35-39岁)、平衡素质衰减期(40-59岁)、全面衰减期(60-69岁)。我国20-69岁人群身体素质衰减方向、衰减幅度等特征明显。由此建议:遵循衰减特征规律,进一步增强锻炼目的性、针对性,从而更好地促进身体素质全面发展和人的健康长寿。
From the perspective of healthy longevity,this paper analyzes the characteristics of physical fitness decay in people aged 20-69 years,using methods such as correlational statistical analysis to explore existing characteristics and discuss analysis and recommendations.The results are as fllows:(a)Physical fitness promotes health and longevity;(b)The attenuation is gentle throughout adulthood and accelerated in early adulthood;(c)The attenuation rate of different physical fitness varies.The order of the attenuation rate of male physical fitness is:flexibility 83.7%>balance 74.8%>speed 59.1%>strength 22.7%;for women,the balance quality is 77.8%,speed quality is 60.4%,flexibility quality is 40.7%,and strength quality is 16.3%;(d)The time sequence of physical fitness decay across the entire lifespan(20-69 years old)is:relative decay phase(20-24 years old),flexibility decay phase(25-34 years old),strength decay phase(35-39 years old),balance decay phase(40-59 years old),and overall decay phase(60-69 years old).The characteristics of physical fitness decline in the 20-69 age group in China are obvious,such as the direction and magnitude of decline.Therefore,it is necessary to follow the laws of physical fitness decline and further enhance the purpose and relevance of exercise to better promote the comprehensive development of physical fitness and human health and longevity.
