新发展格局是我国社会经济发展的必然选择,是对我国体育市场体系提出的发展新要求。本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国体育市场体系的发展动因、学理逻辑、路径选择进行深入分析。研究认为:我国体育市场体系供给侧改革深入推进、市场化水平提升、科技创新驱动的内循环动因与体育市场外需体系持续扩大的外循环动因推动了体育市场体系发展。根据体制机制优化、市场监管体系健全、服务体系完备、“放管服”改革效力释放等体育市场发展的学理逻辑,分析新发展格局下我国体育市场体系发展的建设路径为:(1)持续深化供给侧改革,积极融入国内大循环;(2)建立完备高效的体育要素市场,激发内需市场潜力;(3)推动体育产品创新发展,塑造国内大循环产业链;(4)提高市场化水平,带动国内循环与国际循环联动。

The new development pattern is the inevitable choice of Chinese social and economic development,and puts forward new requirements for the development of Chinese sports market system.Using the methods of literature review and logic analysis,this paper makes a deep analysis of the development motivation,academic logic and path selection of the sports market system in China.The research holds that the internal circulation motivation driven by the deepening of the supply-side reform of China's sports market system,the improvement of marketization level,scientific and technological innovation,and the external circulation motivation of the continuous expansion of the external demand system of the sports market promote the development of the sports market system.According to the theoretical logic of the development of the sports market,such as the optimization of the system and mechanism,the sound market supervision system,the complete service system,and the release of the effect of the reform of"discharge management service",it is suggested to continue to deepen the reform of the supply side and actively integrate into the domestic cycle,establish a complete and efficient sports factor market to stimulate the market potential of domestic demand,promote the innovation and development of sports products and shape the domestic circular industry chain,and improve the marketization level,drive the domestic circulation and the international circulation linkage.
