摘要
针对部分气井出水量大,依靠地层自身能量无法持续生产的问题,选择数口典型高产水气井开展电潜泵排采工艺试验。结果表明:运用井下气液分离技术、变频防气锁技术、远程智能监测技术及防砂设计提高了电潜泵在页岩气井中的适应能力。以JD-2井为例,电潜泵排采工艺有效排除了井筒积液,保证了气井连续稳定生产,且能够满足垂深3500 m以深的排采要求。
In response to the problem of high water output in some gas wells and the inability to sustain production relying on the formation energy itself,several typical high yield water gas wells were selected to conduct the electric submersible pump drainage and production process tests.The results indicate that through downhole gas-liquid separation,frequency conversion anti-gas,remote intelligent monitoring,and sand control design,the pump adaptability in shale gas wells is improved.Taking JD-2 well as an example,the pump drainage and production technology eliminates wellbore fluid accumulation,ensures continuous and stable production of gas wells,and meets the drainage requirements of a vertical depth of 3500 meters or more.
