Chinese-Style Agricultural and Rural Modernization: Connotation, Characteristics,and Approach

中国式农业农村现代化是中国式现代化最基本、最困难、最期待的单元。以国情农情为立足点、以现代化一般规律为参照系、以统筹农业农村发展为主线、以人的现代化为核心界定了中国式农业农村现代化的科学内涵。中国式农业农村现代化具有智能化、市场化、法治化、在地化和绿色化等特征,在此基础上,构成开门见景、出门见人、眼里有笑、事业有成的“两见两有”中国式农业农村现代化实现愿景,并遵循引领性、系统性、科学性和实用性原则,从美丽乡村、活力乡村、富裕乡村和幸福乡村等四个维度构建了中国式农业农村现代化评价指标体系及实现路径。

Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization is the most basic,most difficult,and most antici⁃pated unit of Chinese-style modernization.The scientific connotation of Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization has been defined with the national and agricultural conditions as the basis,with the general law of modernization as the reference,with the coordination of agricultural and rural development as the principal line,and with human modernization as the core.Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization is character⁃ized intellectualization,marketization,legalization,localization,and greenization.On this basis,the vision of the realization of Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization,represented by“beautiful scenery”,“bustling crowds”,“radiant smile”,and“successful career”,is drew up,and the evaluation index system for Chinesestyle agricultural and rural modernization and the realization approach to Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization are constructed from four dimensions(i.e.beautiful countryside,vibrant countryside,rich coun⁃tryside,and happy countryside)in accordance with the principle of guidance,systematicness,scientificity,and practicability.
