定位装置连杆的多目标优化设计

摘要 定位装置是造型生产线上固定铸件转运车的一种装备,连杆是其主要受力部件。采用多目标遗传算法对连杆结构进行优化设计,以提高其安全性,减轻重量。首先对连杆进行静力分析,得到优化前连杆的应力、变形和安全系数云图;其次确定连杆的设计变量,进行多目标优化分析,计算得到最优的设计变量。优化后的连杆重量减轻16%,安全性能提高32%,验证了对连杆进行多目标优化设计的可行性,为其他零件的优化设计提供一定的参考。 The positioning device is a type of equipment for fixed casting transfer vehicles on the molding production line,and the connecting rod is its main load-bearing component.The multi-objective genetic algorithm has been adopted to optimize the design of connecting rod structure to improve its safety and reduce weight.Firstly,by performing a static analysis on the connecting rod,a cloud map of the stress,deformation,and safety factor of the connecting rod before optimization have been obtained;secondly,by determining the design variables of the connecting rod and conducting multi-objective optimization analysis,the optimal design variables has been calculated.The optimized connecting rod reduces weight by 16%and improves safety performance by 32%,verifying the feasibility of multi-objective optimization design for the connecting rod and providing a certain reference for the optimized design of other parts.
