摘要
针对一种铝合金齿轮箱体铸件气孔缺陷问题,基于Magma铸造仿真软件,对气孔缺陷形成原因进行了分析,采用“宽筋部位增加小浇道+观察窗溢流冒口”的工艺方案,彻底解决了齿轮箱的加强筋和观察孔气孔缺陷,铸件成品率由60%提升到90%以上。
In response to the problem of air hole defects in an aluminum alloy gear box casting,based on Magma casting simulation software,the causes of air hole defects have been analyzed.The process plan of"adding small runners in the wide rib area and overflow risers in the observation window"has been adopted to completely solve the air hole defects in the reinforcement rib and observation hole of the gear box.Thus in this way,the casting yield has been increased from 60%to over 90%.
