摘要
对灰铁件分度台的性能和结构进行分析,设计出一种分度台类铸件的3D打印铸造工艺,并应用软件对砂芯进行应力分析,通过现场生产验证,此工艺可以成功的应用于分度台类铸件的批量生产,提高生产效率和铸件质量。
The performance and structure of the gray iron parts indexing table have been analyzed,and a 3D printing casting process for indexing table castings has been designed.The software has been applied to analyze the stress of the sand core.Through on-site production verification,this process can be successfully applied to the mass production of indexing table castings,improving production efficiency and casting quality.
