摘要
根据210型穿孔导板特有的结构,为提高铸件内部密实度,减少铸造缺陷,改善铸件表面质量,更好控制尺寸精度,按照顺序凝固的原则,对浇注系统、冒口、冷铁、造型、熔炼等工艺参数进行了优化组合,设计了一套适用于210型穿孔导板的铸造工艺,并给出了浇注过程中的关键参数。通过产品试制和检验,说明该工艺可以完全满足生产质量。
Based on the unique structure of the type 210 perforated guide plate,in order to improve the internal density of the casting,reduce casting defects,improve the surface quality of the casting,and better control dimensional accuracy,the pouring system,riser,cold iron,molding,melting and other process parameters have been optimized and combined according to the principle of sequential solidification.A set of casting process suitable for the type 210 perforated guide plate has been designed,and key parameters during the pouring process have been provided.Through product trial production and inspection,it is demonstrated that this process can fully meet the production quality.
