某院自制制剂合理自主定价对其临床应用的影响

Influence of Rational Independent Pricing of Self-Made Preparations on Their Clinical Application in a Hospital

目的 探讨医疗机构制剂合理自主定价对其临床应用的影响。方法 采用回顾性分析法,利用医院信息系统调取某院2019年至2022年医疗机构制剂的有效注册品种数、剂型,年生产品种数、生产批次、使用数量(包括各药房和各分院入库量)、使用金额,以及2019年7月1日至2021年3月31日(首次自主定价前)、2021年4月1日至2022年12月31日(首次自主定价后)医疗机构制剂的名称、规格、价格、使用数量、使用金额,并对相关数据进行分析。结果 截至2025年1月19日该院制剂室,有效注册品种将有36个,剂型主要为口服溶液剂、溶液剂、滴耳剂、酊剂等。截至2022年年底在生产品种仅为17个,均为化学制剂。2019年至2022年,医疗机构制剂的生产批次数、使用数量和使用金额均总体上升。自主定价后,17种制剂的平均使用数量、平均使用金额分别为(10 531.41±9 370.92)支/盒/瓶和(231 855.35±352 499.33)元,显著高于自主定价前的(8 993.35±8 198.24)支/盒/瓶和(133 637.60±188 201.54)元(P <0.05)。结论 该院自制制剂经2次合理自主定价,为临床用药提供了保障,满足了患者需求,取得了良好的社会效益。

Objective To investigate the influence of rational independent pricing of hospital preparations on their clinical application.Methods Effective registered variety,dosage form,annual production variety,production batch,usage quantity(including the inventory of each pharmacy and branch),usage amount of hospital preparations from 2019 to 2022,as well as the name,specification,price,usage quantity and usage amount of hospital preparations from July 1,2019 to March 31,2021(before the first independent pricing)and from April 1,2021 to December 31,2022(after the first independent pricing)in the hospital information system were collected retrospectively,and the relevant data were analyzed.Results Up to January 19,2025,there will be a total of 36 effective registered varieties in the preparation room of the hospital,the main dosage forms were oral solution,solution,ear drops,tinctures and so on.Up to the end of 2022,there were only 17 varieties in production,all of which were chemical preparations.The production batches,usage quantities and usage amounts of hospital preparations increased overally from 2019 to 2022.After independent pricing,the average usage quantity and average usage amount of each hospital preparation(a total of 17 ones)were(10531.41±9370.92)piece/box/bottle and CNY(231855.35±352499.33)respectively,which was significantly higher than(8993.35±8198.24)piece/box/bottle and CNY(133637.60±188201.54)before independent pricing respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The two rational independent pricing of self-made preparations in the hospital provides guarantee for clinical medication,meets the needs of patients,and achieves good social benefit.
