基于城市记忆感知的工业遗产空间重塑——以株洲清水塘生态科技新城更新设计为例

The Spatial Remodeling of Industrial Heritage Based on Urban Memory Perception:A Case of the Renewal Design of Zhuzhou Qingshuitang Ecological Science and Technology New Town

工业遗产保护更新是近年来城乡规划研究与实践的热点课题,文章基于我国城市建设快速发展的时代背景,探究工业遗产中的人文要素。以对城市记忆的研究为出发点,从城市发展脉络和文化记忆延续的视角重新解读工业遗产的重要价值;参照城市记忆要素的分类方法,将工业遗产中所蕴含的城市记忆元素分为两类,分别提出各类记忆元素指导工业遗产片区更新的具体方法。文章以株洲清水塘生态科技新城更新设计的实践为例,基于城市记忆的相关研究,合理利用记忆感知要素,实现保护城市历史、延续城市文脉的保护更新目标。

The protection and renewal of industrial heritage has been a hot topic in the research and practice of urban and rural planning in recent years.Based on the background of rapid development of urban construction in China,this paper explores the humanistic elements in industrial heritage.Based on the study of urban memory,this paper reinterprets the significant value of industrial heritage from the perspective of urban development context and cultural memory continuation.According to the classification method of urban memory elements,the urban memory elements contained in industrial heritage are divided into two categories.The specific methods of how various memory elements guide the renewal of industrial heritage areas are proposed respectively.Zhuzhou Qingshuitang ecological science and technology new town is taken as an example to represent the renewal design.Based on the research of urban memory,the memory perception elements are reasonably used to achieve the conservation of urban history and the continuation of urban context.
