摘要
深圳地铁22号线是在“港深莞城市中轴提升战略”大背景下创立的轨道快线。沿线城市更新及TOD的一体化开发需求大,针对传统地铁交通一体化程度不足的问题,方案以多式联运、景观交融和文脉共生为设计策略,尝试对站、城、人、产各领域进行整合。统筹全线站点,从交通组织到产业规划、从城市设计到建筑空间,以区域整体开发模式,实践“站城人产”一体化的高整合度新理念。
Shenzhen Metro Line 22 is an express rail line created under the background of the“central axis promotion strategy of Hong Kong-Shenzhen-Dongguan City”.In view of the great demand for the urban renewal along the metro line and the integrated development of TOD,in order to address the issue of insufficient integration of traditional metro transportation,the design strategy of multimodal transportation,landscape integration and cultural symbiosis is taken to try to integrate the fields of stations,cities,people,and industry.It proposes to integrate all the sites of entire line from transportation organization to industrial planning,and from urban design to architectural space to practice the new concept of the integration of“station-city-people-industry”with the overall development model of the region.
