Research on the Management of Party A in Office Building Projects

文章以甲方在写字楼项目中的管理为切入点,分析目前我国写字楼项目在建设中存在的诸多问题,如甲方对进度、质量和成本等管控力度不够。因此,必须明确甲方在工程建设中的责任和内容,并在写字楼项目管理中发挥甲方应有的职能,包括管控项目成本和进度、保证施工安全和质量、管理好资料文件和安排项目会议等。同时,针对以上存在的问题,给出相应的优化方案,即在项目管理过程中,重视施工安全和施工质量,做好技术和设计管理,协调好各部门的工作,严格管控项目合同,对项目进行整体统筹。只有这样,才能提高写字楼项目的品质,推动我国房屋建筑工程领域的长远发展。

This paper takes the management of Party A in office building projects as the starting point,and analyzes many problems that currently exist in the construction of office building projects in China,such as insufficient control of progress,quality,and cost by Party A.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the responsibilities and contents of Party A in the construction of the project,and to play the functions that Party A should have in the management of office building projects,including controlling project costs and progress,implementing construction safety and quality,managing data and documents,and arranging project meetings.At the same time,in view of the above problems,corresponding optimization plans are proposed,that is,in the project management process,attention should be paid to construction safety and construction quality,technical and design management should be done well,the work of various departments should be coordinated,project contracts should be strictly controlled,and the overall project should be coordinated.Only in this way can the quality of office building projects be improved and the long-term development of China’s housing construction engineering field be promoted.
