Excessive thickness of sediment at the bottom of cast-in-place piles is one of the common quality defects.This technology uses various media such as high air pressure,specialized cleaning fluid,"high air pressure+high water pressure",and cement slurry to thoroughly clean the sediment at the bottom of the hole;Ultrafine cement is used as the grouting material for grouting,and the defective pile with sediment is repaired through displacement grouting and high pump pressure sealing grouting.Through multiple project practices,after being treated with this technology,the sediment is cleaned and the grouting strength meets the design requirements.It highlights unique advantages in terms of processing speed,processing quality,and comprehensive cost control,providing an innovative and practical process technology for solving the problem of slag defects in cast-in-place piles.
