广东某停车楼项目的设计实践

摘要 随着改革开放的逐渐深入,人民生活质量的不断提升,停车难、停车贵的矛盾日益突出。东莞市为解决市政府周边停车难问题,如何在有限的地块、造价基础上既能满足市民的停车需求,又可以充分实现建筑物与周边环境的有机结合。经过市场的充分调研与分析,方案的多次遴选,最终以“无限流动”的理念,以蜿蜒起伏的“丝带”实现了建筑空间与立面造型的统一。结构工程师从方案立意、建筑功能、造价等方面出发,选择“无楼层概念”板柱-剪力墙结构体系。项目的落成使用,既解决了项目周边停车难的问题,也在无梁楼板应用边界上做了一次有益的探索。 With the gradual deepening of reform and opening up,and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,the contradiction between difficult and expensive parking has become increasingly prominent.In order to solve the problem of parking difficulties in the vicinity of the municipal government in Dongguan,how can we not only meet the parking needs of citizens on a limited land and cost basis,but also fully achieve the organic integration of buildings and the surrounding environment.After thorough market research and analysis,as well as multiple selection of solutions,the concept of"infinite flow"and the winding and undulating"ribbon"ultimately achieved the unity of architectural space and facade design.Structural engineers choose the"no floor concept"plate column shear wall structure system from the perspectives of scheme concept,building function,cost,etc.The completion and use of this project not only solved the problem of difficult parking around the project,but also made a beneficial expansion on the application boundary of the beamless floor slab.
