摘要
基于医用直线加速器机房荷载大、辐射强等原因,需要进行特殊的设计和施工。结合某医院工程案例,从直线加速器机房的辐射屏蔽选型、结构设计、辐射屏蔽设计和施工,到直线加速器机房的施工重难点进行分析,总结了采用现浇混凝土建设的直线加速器辐射屏蔽设计方法和大体积混凝土施工关键技术,为以后类似工程提供参考。
According to the high load and strong radiation in the medical linear accelerator room,special design and construction are required.Take the engineering case of a Hospital for example,analyzes the radiation shielding selection,structural design,radiation shielding design and construction of the linear accelerator room,as well as the key and difficult construction points of the linear accelerator room.Summarized the design method for radiation shielding of linear accelerators using cast-in-place concrete construction and key technologies for mass concrete construction,providing reference for similar projects in the future.
