地铁上盖TOD项目超高层塔吊基础施工技术

摘要 TOD项目上盖施工期间,或因盖下无法新增竖向结构而难以按常规方式布设塔吊基础。该施工技术提出通过在盖上设置架空的钢筋混凝土十字交叉梁作为塔吊基础,把塔吊荷载传递至拟建TOD项目的既有竖向结构上,从而尽可能地避免了塔吊荷载对盖板的影响,确保了盖下地铁的正常运营。同时,该施工技术基于结构变形协调原理,分析塔吊荷载作用下十字交叉梁的内力分布情况,为该结构形式的安全可靠提供验证思路。通过将该受力分析过程内嵌进Revit的自定义参数化族中,施工技术人员应用该自定义族,既可实现塔吊十字交叉梁基础的三维场地模拟,又可快速电算化复核其受力情况。这有利于多个布设方案间的快速比较,大大提高了TOD项目超高层塔吊基础布设方案的科学性和可靠性。 During the construction of the TOD project on the top of the subway,because it is impossible to add a new vertical structure under the cover,it is difficult to lay the tower crane foundation in the conventional way.This construction technology proposes to establish an overhead reinforced concrete cross beam on the cover as the foundation of the tower crane,transferring the tower crane load to the existing vertical structure of the proposed TOD project,thereby minimizing the impact of tower crane load on the cover plate and ensuring the normal operation of the subway under the cover.Furthermore,this construction technology is based on the principle of structural deformation coordination,analyzing the internal force distribution of cross beams under tower crane loads,providing verification ideas for the safety and reliability of this structural form.By embedding the force analysis process into a custom parameterized family in Revit,construction technicians can apply this custom family to not only achieve three-dimensional spatial simulation of the tower crane cross beam foundation,but also quickly computerize verify its stress situation.This is conducive to rapid comparison among multiple layout plans,greatly improving the scientific and reliable layout plan for the foundation of the TOD project's super high-rise tower crane.
