基于振动加速度幅值变化的干挂石材幕墙脱挂部位检测

摘要 石材幕墙面板高空坠落是威胁城市公共安全的重要因素之一,挂件脱挂是导致石材面板坠落的根本原因。提出了基于测试挂接处石材面板的振动加速度幅值来识别该处是否脱挂的无损检测方法,设计了不同脱挂工况下的试验方案,进行了石材面板各挂点处的振动加速度幅值测量。结果表明:挂件脱挂后,该点处的石材面板振动加速度幅值比脱挂前会产生明显的增大,且同一片石材面板的各挂点处的振动加速度幅值相对偏差明显增大,并远大于因安装不均导致的相对偏差值。通过对石材面板各挂点处的加速度幅值进行相对大小比较,可以快速识别出石材面板可能存在脱挂的部位,从而为石材面板的安全防护及维护方案提供指导。 The falling of stone curtain wall panels from high altitude is one of the important factors threatening urban public safety,and the detachment of hanging components is the fundamental cause of stone panel falling.A non-destructive testing method based on testing the vibration acceleration amplitude of the stone panel at the hanging point was proposed to identify whether it is detached or not.Test plans were designed under different hanging conditions,and the vibration acceleration amplitude at each hanging point of the stone panel was measured in this work.The results show that after the hanging component is detached,the vibration acceleration amplitude of the stone panel at that point will significantly increase compared to before detachment,and the vibration acceleration amplitude deviation at each hanging point of the same stone panel will significantly increase and far greater than the deviation value caused by uneven installation.It is possible to quickly identify areas where the stone panel may have detachment by comparing the relative magnitude of acceleration amplitudes at each hanging point of the stone panel,thus providing guidance for the safety protection and maintenance plan of the stone panel.
