早强型聚羧酸减水剂研究及应用进展

摘要 聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)因其具有低掺量、高减水率、低收缩、安全环保及强分子结构设计能力等优点而被广泛研究。然而面对混凝土管片及预制混凝土制品提出的高要求,开发高早强、免蒸养、绿色化的早强型聚羧酸盐减水剂尤为迫切。结合已有成果,从聚羧酸分子结构设计、早强功能单体引入以及复配纳米C-S-H晶种3个方面讨论了早强型聚羧酸减水剂的研究进展及其作用机理,对早强或超早强型聚羧酸减水剂的深入研究和开发进行了展望。 Polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)has been widely studied because of its advantages of low content,high water reduction rate,low shrinkage,safety and environmental protection,and strong molecular structure design ability.However,in the face of the high requirements of concrete segments and precast concrete products,it is particularly urgent to develop high-early strength,steam-free and green early-strength polycarboxylate water reducing agents.The research progress of early-strength type polycarboxylate superplasticizer and its mechanism of action are discussed from three aspects of polycarboxylic acid molecular structure design,functional monomer introduction and compounding nano-C-S-H crystal species,and the outlook on the in-depth research and development of early-strength or super early-strength type polycarboxylate superplasticizer is presented.
