预应力管桩静载检测质量问题分析及经验总结 被引量:1

摘要 预应力混凝土管桩桩基工程的质量主要取决于桩身竖向承载力是否达到设计要求,而最直观、最有效的检测方法是采用静载检测。结合近几年在管桩静载检测实例,分析管桩在承载力设计和施工方面存在的问题,总结设计、施工经验,助力各方责任主体提高管桩的工程质量。结果表明,在灰岩地质降低设计取值,引孔法施工的管桩不作为抗浮桩设计,在非灰岩地区采用锤击法施工优于静压法,对管桩进行复打消除孔隙水压力影响。 The quality of prestressed concrete pipe pile depends mainly on whether the vertical bearing capacity of the pile meets the design requirements,and the most intuitive and effective testing method is to use static load testing.Based on the static load testing examples of pipe piles in recent years,analyzes the problems existing in the bearing capacity design and construction of pipe piles,summarizes the design and construction experience,and helps the parties responsible to improve the quality of pipe piles.The results show that the design value of the pipe pile constructed by the leadhole method is not used as the anti-floating pile design,and the hammer method is better than the static pressure method in the non-limestone area to eliminate the influence of pore water pressure on the pipe pile.
