预定型弯曲柱纱三维机织间隔复合材料的压缩性能

摘要 为探究柱纱弯曲程度对三维机织间隔复合材料(3DWSC)压缩稳定性的影响,采用手糊成型工艺将环氧树脂与三维机织间隔织物进行复合,并在其固化成型前对材料进行压缩预定型,制备了4种不同厚度即4种柱纱弯曲程度的三维机织间隔复合材料。探究了柱纱弯曲程度对3DWSC平压性能、平压破坏模式及疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,随着柱纱弯曲程度的增大,3DWSC的平压强度先降低后提升,柱纱的破坏模式由脆性断裂和失稳逐渐转变为屈服破坏,3DWSC的疲劳性能下降。 In order to investigate the effect of pillar yarn bending degree on the compression stability of 3D woven spacer composite(3DWSC),epoxy resin was combined with 3D woven spacer fabric by hand paste molding process,and four kinds of 3DWSC with different thicknesses,i.e.four kinds of yarn bending degrees were prepared by compression preforming before resin curing and composite consolidation.The influence of pillar yarn bending degree on flat compression performance,flat compression failure mode and fatigue property of 3DWSC was investigated.The results show that with the increase of pillar yarn bending degree,the flat compressive strength of 3DWSC decreases first and then increases,the failure mode of the pillar yarn changes from brittle fracture and instability to yield failure,and the fatigue property of 3DWSC declined.
