底网针刺造纸毛毯结构和滤水速率

摘要 为进一步优化底网针刺造纸毛毯的结构设计,提高造纸毛毯的滤水速率,分析底网针刺造纸毛毯表层植绒纤维线密度以及底网经纱密度变化对造纸毛毯滤水速率的影响;使用逐步回归分析法,得到毛毯的滤水模型,分析造纸毛毯滤水速率与结构参数间的关系。试验结果表明:底网针刺造纸毛毯的滤水通道主要由纤维层间线密度由小到大排列的纤维网、底网经纱间的缝隙以及由空刺整理带来的垂直方向纤维组成;其他结构参数相同条件下,底网针刺造纸毛毯的滤水速率与表层植绒纤维线密度呈正相关,与底网经纱密度呈负相关;表层植绒纤维线密度对底网针刺造纸毛毯滤水速率的影响大于近纸面一侧底网经纱密度的影响。 In order to further optimize the structural design of batt-on-mesh papermaking felts and improve the water filtration rate,the effects of surface flocking fibers line density and the warp density of the bottom mesh on the water filtration rate of the felt were analyzed.By using stepwise regression analysis,the water filtration model of the felt was obtained,and the relationship between the water filtration rate and the structure parameter of the felt was analyzed.The test results show that the water filtration channel of batt-on-mesh papermaking felt is mainly composed of the fibrous webs arranged from small to large thread density,the gaps between the warp yarns of the bottom mesh,and the vertical direction fibers brought by the needling finishing.The water filtration rate of batt-on-mesh papermaking felt is positively correlated with the line density of the surface flocking fibers and negatively correlated with the density of the bottom net warp yarns.The effect of surface flocking fiber line density on the water filtration rate of batt-on-mesh papermaking felt is greater than that of the warp density of the bottom mesh near the paper side.
