城市小学学社融合类型及其空间计划模式研究

摘要 随着城市化进程的高速发展,急剧增加的城市人口带来的就学需求激增与城市中小学校用地的不足矛盾日益突出。在不断提高校园建筑密度及容积率建设后仍然无法解决其供需矛盾时,借助社区公共资源进行学社融合建设成为必然趋势。研究在对城市小学可学社融合空间进行分析的基础上,梳理了学社融合空间对学校空间释放程度的指标,并结合学校自身教育特色划分城市小学学社融合类型,进而综合社区公共资源分析总结基于学社融合的城市小学空间组织模式,最终归纳基于学社融合的城市小学空间计划模式。对城市小学学社融合建设进行深入剖析,对城市小学空间发展提供学社融合层面的发展思路及优化依据,同时也能为整体学社融合的建设提供相应的借鉴价值。 With the rapid development of urbanization,the contradiction between the sharp increase of school demand brought by the rapidly increased urban population and the shortage of land for urban primary and secondary schools has become increasingly prominent.However,it is impossible to solve the contradiction with the continuous improvement of the density and area ratio of campus buildings.Then,it has become an inevitable trend to integrate the schools and community public resources.In view of this,the paper analyzes the space of primary schools that can be integrated with community,and sorts out the indicators of the space in primary schools that can be released by the integration of primary schools and communities.After that,the paper divides the types of school-community integration according to the characteristics of the schools.Combined with the analysis on community public resources,the paper summarizes the spatial organization and spatial planning mode based on school-community integration in urban primary schools.This paper makes an in-depth analysis on school-community integration in urban primary schools.It not only provides the development ideas and optimization basis for the spatial development of urban primary schools,but also provides corresponding reference value for the construction of the school-community integration.
