广州西关大屋空间形制演变研究

Research on the Evolution of Spatial Form and Structure of Xiguan Grand House in Guangzhou

清末民初广州西关开始有计划地建设新型居住街区,梳理西关的街块形态、地块单元与泮塘五约村落组团的联系,剖析两者居住单元的空间原型与转变,归纳西关大屋形制的演变过程。研究认为,西关大屋的形制变化是近代西关土地价值急升和居住者生活方式变化相互作用的结果。

In the late Qing Dynasty,Xiguan of Guangzhou began to build new residential blocks in a planned way.By sorting out the relationship between street-block form and plot unit of Xiguan new residential area and Puntong Wuyue village group,this paper analyzed the spatial prototype and evolution of the two residential units,and summarized the evolution process of the form and structure of Xiguan Grand House.It turns out that the changes in the form and structure of Xiguan Grand houses are due to the interaction between the rapid rise of land value and the changes in the way of life of the residents.
