高原山地城乡融合发展路径探索——以玉溪市为例

Exploration on the Development Path of Urban-Rural Integration in the Plateau Mountainous Areas:A Case of Yuxi City

我国的城乡关系历经“城乡二元”“城乡统筹”“城乡一体”多个阶段,新时期国家适时提出实施乡村振兴战略,推动城乡全面融合。文章首先对城乡融合发展的内涵进行解析,然后以高原山地城市玉溪市为研究案例,从城乡体系、城乡流动、城乡产业和城乡设施四方面分析城乡发展的特征和问题,再针对性地提出玉溪市推动城乡融合发展要以新型工业化带动本地城镇化、以农业现代化和三产融合促进乡村振兴,以及以全域统筹推动城乡服务一体化三条路径为支撑,并提出相应的策略,为西南山地地区推动城乡融合发展提供一定的借鉴。

The urban-rural relationship in China has gone through multiple stages of“urban-rural duality”,“urban-rural coordination”,and“urban-rural integration”.In the new era,China put forward the implementation of rural revitalization strategy to promote the integration of urban and rural areas.Based on the analysis on the connotation of urban-rural integration,this paper selects Yuxi,which is a mountainous city,as a study case and analyzes the characteristics and problems of urban-rural development from four aspects of urbanrural system,urban-rural mobility,urban-rural industries,and urban-rural facilities.Then it proposes the corresponding strategies for Yuxi in a targeted way that the urban-rural integrated development should drive the local urbanization with the new industrialization,promote the rural revitalization with agricultural modernization and the integration of three industries,and promote the urban-rural integration with the whole area,which provide a reference for the urban-rural integrated development in southwest mountainous areas.
