基于场景营造的社区综合体优化策略研究——以成都市清源社区综合体为例

Research on Optimization Strategy of Community Complex Based on Scene Creation:A Case of Qingyuan Community Complex in Chengdu

社区综合体是社区内以社区居民为核心服务对象,依托各种服务设施在社区公共空间里向社区居民提供多种生活服务功能的公共服务设施聚集体。在城市社区用地局限、人口增多的背景下,成都市中心城区现存大部分社区综合体出现使用低效、布局分散、设施不齐的问题,让其难以有效地满足社区居民的多元需求。作为解决空间聚集人力资本和新兴产业的城市研究范式,场景理论为城市社区综合体的场景营造提供了新的研究视角。文章借助场景理论,以成都市中心城区的清源社区综合体为实际案例,通过实地调研结合文献梳理,力求找到科学合理的场景营造优化策略,满足社区居民对美好生活的追求,同时为社区综合体在场景营造方面的研究提供一定补充。

A community complex is a collection of public service facilities in a community that provide multiple life service functions to community residents in the public space of the community,with community residents as the core service objects and relying on various service facilities.In the context of limited urban community land use and increased population,the problems of inefficient use,scattered layout,and inadequate facilities in most existing community complexes in the central urban area of Chengdu make them difficult to effectively meet the diverse needs of community residents.As a paradigm for urban research that addresses how space aggregates human capital and emerging industries,scenario theory provides a new research perspective for creating scenarios for urban community complexes.With the help of scenario theory,this paper takes Qingyuan Community Complex in the central urban area of Chengdu as an actual case,and through field investigation and literature review,strives to find scientific and reasonable scenario creation optimization strategies to meet the community residents’pursuit of a better life,while providing a certain complement to the research on scenario creation of community complexes.
