基于田园综合体模式的产业融合发展规划研究——以桂林华侨农场为例

Research on Industry Integration Planning Based on Rural Complex Mode:A Case of Guilin Overseas Chinese Farm

在我国乡村振兴背景下,田园综合体作为促进乡村一、二、三产业协同融合的综合发展模式,是乡村振兴的重要抓手。文章基于对田园综合体发展模式的解读,以桂林华侨农场为例,分析了华侨农场与田园综合体的契合性,并将田园综合体产业融合发展模式融入华侨农场,打造以休闲观光产业、会议会展产业、养生度假产业、创意创新产业为优先发展产业的农场文旅产业链,推动农场农业现代化。同时,在存量规划的发展背景下,优化农场空间布局、精化用地布局规划、亮化生态景观资源条件,营造特色“三生”空间,以期实现华侨农场产业兴旺、生态宜居的城乡人居环境,并为其他地区华侨农场提供参考和借鉴,实现乡村振兴。

In the context of our country’s rural revitalization,the rural complex,as a comprehensive development model to promote the coordinated integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,is an important starting point for rural revitalization.Based on the interpretation on the development model of rural complexes,this paper takes Guilin Overseas Chinese Farm as an example to analyze the fitness between overseas Chinese farms and rural complexes,and integrates the industrial integration development model of rural complexes into Overseas Chinese Farm to create a farm cultural and tourism industrial chain with leisure tourism industry,conference and exhibition industry,health resort industry,and creative innovation industry as the priority development industries,thus promoting the modernization of farm agriculture.At the same time,under the background of the development of the stock plan,it proposes to optimize the farm space layout,to refine the land use layout plan,to brighten the ecological landscape resource conditions,and to create a characteristic“living,production and ecological”space,in order to realize the prosperity of the overseas Chinese farm industry and the ecological and livable urban and rural living environment,and to provide a reference for overseas Chinese farms in other areas,thus achieving rural revitalization.
