特色地域文化视角下文旅项目规划策略研究——以云南弥勒太平湖项目为例

Study on the Planning Strategy of Culture and Tourism Project from the Perspective of Characteristic Regional Culture:A Case of Taiping Lake Project in Mile,Yunnan Province

随着旅游业的升级和文旅地产时代的到来,文旅项目已成为带动地方经济发展的新契机。项目依托弥勒太平湖水库和太平湖森林小镇,有一定的生态景观基础,未来将打造更大的生态旅游度假区。但是该区域面临着开发与环境保护平衡的巨大挑战,现有的策略有很大的局限和不足,因此需要更合理的规划设计开发策略。文章运用文献分析法、现场调研法和照片分析法等方法,研究弥勒市太平湖旅游度假区的现状情况,结合分析和评价,提出规划设计策略,使弥勒太平湖项目基地得到更好的发展,进而为文旅地产项目规划设计提供策略和经验。

With the upgrading of tourism and the arrival of the era of culture and tourism real estate,culture and tourism projects have become a new opportunity to drive local economic development.Relying on Mile Taipinghu Lake Reservoir and Taipinghu Lake Forest Town,the project has a certain ecological landscape foundation and will build a larger ecological tourism resort in the future.However,the region faces the huge challenge of balancing development and environmental protection,and the existing strategies have great limitations and deficiencies,so more reasonable planning,design and development strategies are needed.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,on-site investigation and photo analysis to study the current situation of Taipinghu Lake tourist resort in Mile City.Combined with analysis and evaluation,it proposes planning and design strategies,so that Mile Taipinghu Lake project base can be better developed.It also provides strategies and experience for the planning and design of culture and tourism real estate projects.
